Laura and Mikki Wright the proprietetors of Wicker Park Inn were exceptional. The Inn is an "urban B&B".We were in Chicago for a wedding and had several rooms booked at the Inn. Each was as nice or better than described on the website. We had the 3 bedroom Bucktown and it really was like having our own apartment. We made our... more

My wife and I traveled to Chicago a couple of times this summer and stayed at the Wicker Park Inn (bed and breakfast) on both occasions. We absolutely loved the place. The owner, Mikky Wright, was extremely helpful, and the neighborhood was in a great location for restaurants, shopping and riding the mass transit. The beds were also extremely comfortable... more

We wanted to experience a Chicago neighborhood and happened upon Wicker Park Inn. We loved it! We stayed in the Garden Apartment, which is across the street from the actually Inn. It offered more privacy and had a full kitchen with breakfast items. It was a little apartment which made us feel like we were living in Chicago, if only... more

Great location.......very close to metro station. Located right next to the rail. It was not a problem for us but you might need to bring your ear plugs and tylenol pm. Great Italian Restaurant located within walking distance. Inn keeper, Mikky was very helpful.Would stay here again. more

Just returned from a ten night stay in Chicago and the Wicker Park Inn, staying across the street in the "Bucktown" apartment. We had a very warm welcome from the host who we met just about everyday we stayed. Was always helpful with advice on how to get to places and things to do. Found the apartment to be very... more

Charming B&B in one of Chicago's great neighborhoods. It is the place to stay to get the real feel of the city. Innkeeper's recommendations for places to eat in the neighborhood met the mark. Easily accessible to public transportation and minutes from downtown Chicago. Look forward to our next visit. more

This is a nice b & b because it was clean and the owner was nice and helpful. The best thing about it was close to the blue line (about a 10 minute walk) and not far from downtown. We stayed here because all of the hotels downtown were double the price. Breakfast was ample and fresh. There was a... more

This is a charming B & B in a beautiful, historic section of Chicago. We did not drive in, so had to depend on mass transit for transportation. This was very easy from this location. It was a more reasonable way to visit Chicago more

When I was awakened at 6 am I could not figure out if the people up stairs were rollerblading, moving furniture or both. The relentless racket lasted non-stop for 2 hours, at which time the whole family went out. When I complained to the owner, I was told the guests in the room above me " have 2 kids". as... more

Thank you for giving us the chance to respond to this reviewer. We feel that the review does not fully represent the situation as it occurred nor our response to resolve the matter. The Garden Apartment; the room in which this guest has critiqued is advertised on our website as a basement studio. More importantly, the reviewer went out of...
