The Eldridge hotel is in Lawrence, KS which was the site of the Quantrils Raiders Massacre. Beautiful hotel ! The rooms are clean and big, big enough for a family of four not to feel crowded. The staff was very friendly. We did not have a problem with noise, didnt hear a thing. Although, the hotel is right on Mass street I would think noise would be expected. Shopping and restaurants are right outside the hotel.... more

I went with friends on the spa package which was a good price but the spa and the hotel are not well coordinated and totally messed up the origianlly guarenteed spa times so one of the girls didn't get her massage before having to leave. DO NOT stay on the Massachusetts side of the building if you want any sleep.... more

We stayed at the Eldridge when my husband was in town for business, and it was just lovely! It had character, which I love. Our room (a King sized) was spacious, and it was clean and well-kept. The price was very reasonable, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. I only wish the trip had been a bit longer... more
