My husband and i stayed at the neptune this past July, the room was clean and smelled clean. Also we rented a room and requested a change to the balacony if one became available, this did happen and the staff moved our luggage for us as not to interfere with our plans for the day. Clean, priced right and on the beach! What more could you ask for? It's not a fancy place so if your looking for fancy furniture this is not the place for you. Sadly we had non refundable reservations or we would have left immediately. The lobby was even awful. Furnishings were comprised of 1950's wooden furniture, a 13" TV set, and a tawdry old couch.
