We went there 3 times because we loved the location just near busy downtown Ogunquit. The trolly can easily bring you to all the cute shops and restaurants but you are not in all the action and traffic jam. This hotel advaertised to us on the phone that they offered a nice breakfast. When we went over for breakfast we were led to a room where there was a pitcher of juice,a pot of coffee and a box of donuts!!! The rooms are dated and not very comfortable.
