This used to be a Ramada Inn and has now transformed into a sweet little boutique hotel. The room was unbelievable, plush bed, pillows galore, awesome TV, soft comfortable bathrobe, toiletries that I wish I could buy at home. I would like to say more, but all I can think to say is WOW! I have come to this hotel... more

From my experience this week, the hotel is much closer to a Motel 6 than a Ramada in quality. To begin with, the hotel is in the middle of a renovation, a fact not made clear to us on check-in and only hinted at by a "here's our new look" board in the lobby. The first warning sign was that... more

I stayed here only because I wanted to visit DC and couldn't find anything reasonable in the city at the last minute, so I wanted something close to a Metro station. My room was very typical with adequate bedding, a very loud air conditioner coming from the next room, free parking, and not much beyond the plain vanilla amenities. The... more

The hotel has the standard offerings -- okay bed, bathroom etc. But it smelled like air freshener covering up smoke. The real problem was with the room service. We left our breakfast order on the doorknob the night before, as instructed, but the order was not collected! So we called the desk/restaurant in the morning and got breakfast at a... more

Very Nice location, people were friendly, but forgot a brush and comb and called the front desk - the reply is they don't do that. Customer service didn't get a high mark from me. Room was clean - The Crab lounge was nice - food expensive and not the best but ok. Would stay again if I had to but... more

This was a very nice hotel, from the cute lobby, brass and artwork everywhere, to the very energectic front desk agent, to the comfortable beds and delicious food in the restaurant. I have been to Rockville several times over the past year and didn't know this hotel was here. Front desk was extemely accomodating in changing my flight reservations and... more

If you need a room and a bath in this location, then you can have it, but not much more. Lobby was small and uninviting. Check in service was just functional. The room was clean, sparsely furnished, but good bed, bathroom was clean, towels were not plush. Room had TV, microwave, small refrigerator, and good lighting. The air conditioner was... more

Check in took too long, because my reservation was not in the system. Once that got sorted out, we put the parking pass in the car window and went up to the room, very tired. The room smelled strongly of perfumed cleaners, and the A/C was on high. I changed that to fan and luckily adjusted to the smell pretty... more

This is the second time we stayed at the Ramada and would highly recommend it to anyone who wants a reasonably priced, well run hotel in the Rockville area. We got a price of $69/night on Expedia which was less than we got as a senior on the Ramada website. This is a very clean, 7 story hotel with excellent... more

I was very pleasantly surprised during my last vist to Rockville. Not your typical Ramada. Room was clean and fresh. Hotel is across the street from the Metro, very convenient. more
