Casa Brava really is as beautiful as the photos present on its web site. And the previous critique is accurate: Driveway is *very* steep, the house has commanding views, it removes any need whatsoever to go into Sayulita town (it's great to just stay at the house and after all, the beach really isn't that great). As one of the owners, I'd like to comment on the three main concerns from the previous review. First, the noise. Mexico is a pretty loud place in general and any house on the hill does get more of the sounds coming from town than the houses without views down in the valley. If you come to Sayulita and stay...

The directions to this house were not good and were misleading. There is not a road, it is a narrow private driveway. We drove by it 4 times before figuring it out. It is a very steep and narrow driveway and there was construction on another house going on so it was not a pleasant start getting up there. It... more
