Went with co-workers to the Hard Rock on Monday July 7th for a one night stay. I will think twice before I stay here again. This was my third time staying here and I am amazed at how run down it is looking. I was on the 9th floor and couldn't believe how dirty the carpet in the hallway was.... more

I spend about 6 weeks per year in Las Vegas for business. I've stayed at many different hotels from Hampton inn to Mirage to Bally's to the Palms. During past trips, I've visited the Hard Rock, and I've always wanted to stay there. So when the opportunity arose, I jumped on it. My 60-year old mother decided to make the... more

We stayed at the Hard Rock for a bachelorette party trip. We reserved adjoining rooms. We get up to our rooms and they are not adjoining. The front desk said to our faces that there were. We complained, then they said well there are no more rooms even next to each other. Nice, why did they lie to our faces?... more

With its horrendous service and 'taxi ride' exile away from the main Vegas strip, it's a wonder the Hard Rock hasn't already collapsed under the weight of it's own pretentiousness. It was hard to figure out which was worse: the hotel staff, who can barely see the customer down the length of their own noses, or the hotel's typical, [--]... more

We stayed at the Hard Rock for four nights in June 2008. My husband and I were in Vegas for a trade show/conference for his work and the choice of hotel was not ours. A company that his does business with chose it and booked a large block of rooms. My husband and I would like to return to Vegas... more

Prior to my arrival, I was excited to stay at the Hard Rock. That feeling of excitement turned to frustration as soon as I walked through the doors. Front desk staff was surly at best. I found the room to be a bit small by Vegas standards. The decor in the room, casino, and common areas is tired and outdated.... more

I had stayed at the Hard Rock when it first opened many years ago, and found everything to be just peachy. Although I was way too young to gamble at the time, I still had a blast. Fast forward a few years and man, things have changed! At check in on Sunday night I explained to the clerk that I... more

Outside of some construction and over bearing (young) partiers the Hard Rock was a comfortable stay. The view of the pool and other hotels was breathtaking in the evening. The service was excellent. Rooms were clean. The food was excellent through room service, but the hotel was lacking a nice restaurant. This hotel does cater to a younger crowd although... more

We stayed at the Hard Rock as this was a 21st birthday and the b/day girl chose this hotel. We were 2 moms with two daughters (age 21 & 24) This hotel is strictly geared toward young people. The loud music, people screaming in the hallways, people passed out in the hallways to name a few. I have also stayed... more

Three of my girlfriends and myself stayed at the hardrock during Memorial Day weekend.. If you want to party and your late 20's/30's this is the place to be.. We had a sick time at Rehab on Sunday..but be aware you have to stand in line at 7am for admission to the pool.. and if you don't stay at the... more
