My wife and I came to Reno for the Rodeo, and the manager upgraded us to a Jacuzzi room. After a long hot day at a dusty rodeo, that bath sure felt good. The hotel is right by the airport, and they have a shuttle, so we didn't even need to get a car. There's also a casino and restaurants... more

Nice quite location..good and freindly staff..really enjoyed the extented breakfast..very close to the airport..will definitely bring my family here. more

I can only describe this hotel/motel as a compete DUMP! Let's start from the outside: The paint was peeling off the siding, the wood was rotting all over the building, the elevator had graffiti in it (the numbers on the floor buttons had been written with a sharpie pen). All I can say is HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Staying at the hotel was like being in a bad movie. There were hyperdermic needles in the hall ways, it was raining inside the rooms from the celling and the broken window. There were questionable people lerking in the shadows. We booked a room with a kitchenette, well kitchen I guess is a loose term, stove had to be a leftover from the 1950's, microwave was so small that only a very small bowl would fit inside, oh and did I mention that there are no dishes, pans, cups, silverware? Run down, a/c broken (100 deg), water (toilet) problems, broken beds, not enough breakfast for all rooms, not enough parking, car vandalized, advise - find another hotel. more

This place was a dump. I have tried to get my money back and noone from this place has called me. The main Travelodge was no help. Will never stay here agin. Not fit for a dog. more

The room was dirty, the heat didn't work and looked like it was just picked up at the dump. The wireless didn't work at all. I was told it worked in the lobby, but after hauling my laptop down there and still not connecting I was told it wasn't working and a report had be filed. more
