We have stayed at this hotel numerous times when flying out of Reno, and we use their convenient and free park and fly service. This last time, the housekeeping and and maintenance was so miserable we are thinking we will not return. We found the staff to be nice, the room was recently remodeled and clean. Heating in the room didn't seem to work well, but I didn't care. The hotel has no gambling and is quiet. I would stay there again when in Reno. more
