Selinda lived up to all of my expectations. To me this part of Botswana was a bit wilder - everything felt a little bit more raw, and that was fantastic. But Selinda is truly a beautiful camp. This was my first trip to Africa. It will not be my last and it will not be my last trip to Selinda. The resort sits in the middle of a huge plain and either form the lounge deck or your porch you can watch the herds moving across the plain. The rooms...excuse me...."tents" are wonderful!! Tents? Our stay at Selinda was our first game lodge experience. Following a three night stay at Selinda we stayed at Little Kwara so those camps are my reference points. We visited Selinda camp for two nights in April 2007, having been to Muchenje Lodge near Chobe for two nights, and Shinde Camp in the Delta for three nights.
