After our flight was cancelled at 11pm, we were forced to stay here when every other JFK airport hotel was booked--due to cancelled flights. The staff was friendly, however that was the best part. Beds are like cardboard, towels like sandpaper, carpet stained. Elevator is not on ground level so you have to carry your luggage down the stairs...really ridiculous.... more

I read reviews before I booked this hotel and to me this was a great hotel. The rooms are not in Basement, as per New York rules and regulations they have built this hotel. Hot waffles and free NY Post Newspaper and concierge computer were excellent amenities. Great Hotel.....Great People. more

I booked this through Hotwire. It was rated as a 2.5-star hotel. There is no way that this is any more than a 1-star joint. What a disappointment! It was a forced booking (did not find rooms in other hotels) for 3 nights. Good for 1 night for those who have a flight from JFK (free shuttle service to airport). The rooms are very big and confortable (standard room) but dark. Bathroom was ok as size but it was not cleaned in 3 days! There is no restaurant!... more

The room was very small with old scratched furniture. The Hotel is in a seedy neighborhood(don't walk out at night). The bed and linens were old and needed to be replaced. Stay at any other hotel near JFK before this one. more
