The hotel's website states "Liverpool's finest Boutique Hotel welcomes you to come and relax in its beautiful surroundings." I wouldn't agree with this. Fairly new hotel, located about 10 minutes from the Syracuse Airport, south on I-81. Turndown service, comfortable beds, free cable internet hook-up in room.
