Room was clean, but had noisy neighbors above(ie they paced the floor half the night). Pool chlorine was very high and hottub was closed due chlorine levels. Staff was not overly helpful, although they were very courteous. Breakfast was very plentiful, one of the best we've had at a HIE. more
