This is my first inn at a Fairfield by Marriott property. The room was very large, clean, and quiet. The bathroom has a door that is too big for the size of the corresponding room, but that is my only complaint. The hotel is close to food and shopping in the area. I would stay at this hotel again. more

We have family in the Charlotte area and every time we visit for holidays, we always stay at the Fairfield Inn Kannapolis. The rooms are always resonably priced, service is terrific, and the rooms are comfortable. It is definitely one of our favorite places to stay! more

I stayed at the Fairfield Inn in Kannapolis, NC on June 30, 2004. I was charged for two nights instead of one. I have made at least 15 calls to the hotel manager and have not been reimbursed yet. I have left several messages and the manager has never returned my call. Has anyone else had this problem more

Clean & up to date - all you can ask for for this level of accommodations. I stayed with a group rate so I can't speak to the normal cost. The service was really friendly, the complementary continental breakfast was one of the better ones I have ever seen; Out of season but the outdoor pool looked clean as well.... more
