I was looking forward to a nice smoking suite room when I reserved the 'higher end' $100++ suite vs. $70 room on the hotel's website. Upon arrival, the lady made a mistake and gave me a non-suite room (201). I called front desk and they immediately moved me to a smoking suite (421). The suite room was a bigger room... more

This review has been way overdue, but nonetheless, here it is. I previously wrote about reservations we made about the Knights Inn in Charlotte. We attended the NASCAR race in October of 2003 and upon my parents checking out the Knights Inn, which was absolutely discusting (we never even checked in), they found this hotel.
