Not a bad little hotel. Everyone was helpful and friendly. Most of the FrontDesk spoke English. The only downside is in the restaurant the menu is all in Spanish. There is no English menus like in other Holiday Inn's. more

The hotel is in a pretty good location across from the mall. There are several fast food type places inside the mall and it's a great spot for lunch. The hotel restaurant is SLOW. Just came back from a brief business visit to Reynosa. Here's my experiences of the place: OVERALL: Good clean hotel RECEPTION: Friendly service, perhaps not as fast as it could be. No problems, efficient. ROOM: Upon entering the room it was obvious that the air-con had been left off, the fridge was turned off too, perhaps to save on energy.... more
