Family of four -two kids 6 and 10, stayed 8 days in June 2008. Junior suite, villa 33. The room was ok, AC not that cool - I'm from Texas and we are used to cold air conditioning. They don't really have that in Mexico as far as I can tell. Accept that cool AC is as cold as you... more

Just got back from our 1 week vacation at Gran Bahia Tulum and overall we really enjoyed ourselves. This is the first time I've travelled with just myself and my 12 yr old daughter and everything went quite smoothly. We had a few waits coming into Cancun with line ups and immigration and we sat on our shuttle bus for... more

We stayed here the week before Christmas, looking for a bit of sun to cheer up the British winter - we certainly weren't disappointed. Loved: - the room, we had a sea view, everything was clean and spacious. Mini bar was restocked every day with beer, soft drinks and snacks. - the food, the buffet restaurant was the best I've... more

We have just returned from the GBP Tulum and had a good holiday. The complex of 3 hotels is not a resort it is a town too big for us with no mexican character but very well maintained. I know on previous reviews people have moaned about the room but we had no complaints, plenty of towels and was kept... more

Went to GBP on 19th June with First Choice....1st problem was that First Choice did not tell us we were flying via Glasgow which put 2 hours on our journey!!! Flight OK but had to wait 6 hours for food by which time I was ready to chew my arm off!!Air crew staff surly and impatient both ways. Landed at... more

My boyfriend and I traveled with his family to the Gran Bahia Principe Tulum from June 25, 2008-July 5, 2008. We ranged in ages from 10-56 with a total of 6 people. My boyfriend and his family have traveled previously to all inclusive resorts where I have not. This review captures both the family's thoughts (having experience with AI's) and... more

Manchester, UK I have stayed at some of the best 5 star hotels in the world and this hotel matches or surpasses the best of them. GBP is total and complete value for money, it is luxury for less, where else in the world could you get such quality for so little money? Tip the staff, its a nice touch... more

Just returned from GBP Tulum we stayed June 24-July1. Traveling with 2 teenage boys and our friends and their 2 teenage boys. The resort is beautiful, clean. Upon arrival the front desk people were so nice. We both requested rooms before we left and they had us next to each other on the third floor just as we requested. Villa... more

My review will be brief, My husband and I have been to 23 all inclusive resorts over the last 20 years. The Bahia Principe Tulum and sister resorts were number 2 on our list of the best. I cant say enough about how clean and beautiful every inch of the property was. Food was great, staff wonderful. Rooms were fine.... more

We have just returned from seven days at the GBP Tulum with a party of 5 from June 23rd to June 29th. The resort was respectable in many ways, but did have some misses: The Good: Hotel Check in staff: The staff was very good, despite the write ups found here. Though they certainly won’t be mistaken for stand up... more
