We stayed in unit #26 in hilton head bach villa's the last week of June. I never could get the management company (vacation time of hilton head) to show me pic's of the place. I now know why! The complex itself was very nice, but the unit we stayed in was very old! Everything was circa 1980 appliances, carpet, floors,... more

If you want to have a nice vacation at Hilton head island, stay awhile from this place. The staff members were SOOO freakin' rude and not friendly at all. more

I went to Hilton Head for a friend's wedding, and I was looking for an inexpensive hotel. I learned my lesson from this trip--I will never scrimp on my lodgings again. We arrived late in the evening after a long day of traveling, so we didn't really check out the room before turning in. The only thing we noticed was... more

Stayed there on March 20, 2007, walked in off the street. The desk personell were wonderful. However I coulnt get into the room as the card key woudnt work. A young man came up and opened the door and advised that the door had to be reprogrammed as they had a power surge the day before and that he would... more

The hotel is a deal. It is not luxury or four-star, but if you will get what you pay for. My boyfriend and I recently stayed at the hotel because of the inexpensive rate and location. The beach is across the street and there is two beach access walkways very close. The bike trail also runs along Beach Forest Road,... more

Me and a few friends of mine stayed at this hotel for spring break last year. After reading all the horrible reviews about it, we were all skeptical and worried it was going to be a dive. We got there and it wasn't bad at all, the room was clean, and everything seemed in order. Never ate at the "peckerhead"... more

you can see the hotel's age by its furnuture that's why carpet has stains but it's OK and the most important close to the beach. House-keepers take away dirty towels and don't replace with fresh one so I had to go to the front desk to get the towels. I think the hotel's worth the money you pay for though. more

For what we paid for two nights ($66/night), it was worth it. We didn't plan to spend much time in our hotel and we didn't. It was basically used as a place to shower and sleep (which is why we didn't want or need to pay more for a classier place!). It didn't smell and it was rather clean, however... more

With the deal I got on Orbitz for this hotel, there is no way that I'm gonna complain about the place! With all the bad reviews this place has gotten, I went down expecting the worse, but it wasn't bad at all. With cheap rates you can't expect the Taj Mahal, people! And who do you think is going to... more

This is an awful, old and dirty hotel! Our rooms smelled really bad, we had to go out and buy candles and lysol to even deal with it and it was filthy! The bathroom was disgusting and the ceiling was actually falling down into my make-up bag on the sink!! All in all, it was an awful place to stay!... more
