This was our first visit to Hilton Head and our first stay at a Spinnaker property. We booked it because we got a great rate online. We stayed at the Waterside property and it was fantastic. I was worried about the quality of accomodation since we paid such a low rate, but I could not have been more pleasantly surprised.... more

Condo - we had a 3-bedroom, 3 bath unit overlooking the children's pool. It wa spotless clean and slightly dated in decor. It had 2 king size beds and 2 twin beds. I have stayed at Waterside by Spinnaker in the Shipyard Plantation in January 2005 and in May 2006... both stays have been in 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom, full-kitchen units with washer & dryer in the unit... the units are clean, well decorated and spacious... the maintenance & housekeeping staff has responded cheerfully, courteously, promptly and competantly to all minor problems/requests... the unit's... more

Just wanted to inform readers that the Spinnaker Condos are newly referbished and in great shape. Everything was in new like condition. The only draw back was the distance to the beach. We drove or rode our bikes to get there. We had two 19 year old boys with us and they had a wonderful time. They enjoyed the band... more
