This is the third hotel I've stayed at in Myrtle Beach and was by far the best. Yes, it is a bit pricey for what you get, but that's what happens when you stay in a beachfront hotel in Myrtle Beach during peak season. We had a one-bedroom, the room was a good size as well as clean, being oceanfront... more

We have stayed at the Camelot several times. The staff has been very accomodating to our needs. The price has been very reasonable. The hotel is very central to the lnadmarks we like to visit. We recommend it enthusiastically! more

The Camelot is in a great location near numerous attractions and only a short cab ride to my favorite, Broadway at the Beach. I booked this hotel through a special with Expedia and paid over 50% less than normal asking price. I would have been very upset if I had paid the normal price and only received the fair accommodations... more

I have been a guest of The Camelot a number of times, but this is the first time I have wrote a review. As in the past, I was very pleased with the resort. I have stayed in a number of resorts at Myrtle Beach, but the Camelot is the one that I keep coming back to. The staff is... more

We loved Myrtle beach and the ocean view but $2k for the week we would like a cleaner atomosphere. The service and hospitality were great but try and wear white socks and walk on the carpet for 5 minutes, ugh. The public restrooms were pretty much a subway stop. We had a nice time but will try a much higher... more

We had a wonderful time at this hotel. It was our first trip to Myrtle beach and this hotel was centrally located (walking distance to shops, restaurants and the local piggly wiggly). For the price the hotel was well worth it! We are a family of 5, two adults and three children (ages, 14, 12 & 10). We had a... more

Not bad for the price. Clean rooms, room service every day, friendly staff and a great view. We normally stay in North Myrtle Beach, but it was very nice staying in Myrtle Beach. I like being able to walk to different places. more

My finace and I decided to take a last minute trip to Myrtle Beach. I was disappointed in some things and ok with others. The postives, it was located in a central area and near lots of shopping, dining and attractions. We arrived early, before check in and was allowed to take advantage of the beach and pool area. They... more

Camelot By The Sea is a fantastic oceanfront experience! The room was clean, the view was "AWESOME", the staff was extremely helpful and wonderful to work with! The hotel is in the heart of Myrtle Beach, and has all the amenities anyone could need. Driving to area attractions was easy and fun! I'd recommend this hotel to seniors, families or... more

When booking this hotel we were asked what floor we preferred, so we asked to be below the fifth floor. I called when we were about 2 hours away to confim again and was told everything was fine. When we arrived therre was a line of about 8 people checking in with only 2 attendants, this took over an hour.... more
