I stayed here for 1 night only and that was enough. The staff were friendly and check-in was fast. Sadly this hotel need a serious refit as it looks very tired. My room was ok, but I'm not sure what my amenities at this place were as I'm a Hilton Diamond member. There are a few bars and places quite... more

This was a very average Hampton Inn. Nothing really positive or negative to comment on. Clean and acceptable enough for 1 night passing-through, just nothing great. more

Very normal motel/hotel. Doors to the rooms are on the exterior of the building, 3 floors. Check-in was very quick and courtious. Small cramped lobby. No seats were available for breakfast at various times in the morning, not surprised for a Saturday. Ran out of donuts by 8:30am. Room was clean except for someone's bottle of blood pressure pills left... more

Hotel is aged, room dirty, clearly not up to Hampton/Hilton standard. Window was filthy (looked like a a substance was smeared on the glass), lamp shads stained/dirty, mold in several areas of bathroom, dirty bathroom floor, more. Staff was extremely friendly and nice. There is a new Hampton Inn under construction next door ---- it's long overdue. more

I stayed here on a business trip across TN, as it was the closest one to some family I have in the area. This is an older Hampton Inn, with the doors for each room on the exterior. That being said, the rooms were up to Hampton standards, and there is an elevator (you don't realize that till you check... more

We stayed 3 days. There was a mixed up with our reservations but the management was great with getting our room. The room was very clean but small and was adequate for our needs. The only negative was there were no electrical outlets available that were not in use and none even on the lamp. All their power strips were... more

The Hampton Inn I-75 North, Knoxville was a great value for the price. The room was a little narrow for the furniture, but the beds were very comfortable, everything was clean and welcoming. The breakfast area was fully stocked and clean and the staff was very friendly. Highly recommend this hotel! more

This hotel has a clean exterior and lobby. The room was extremely small, but manageable. Doors open to exterior. The room had been made up, but not cleaned. The bed was soiled. Checked out and got money refunded. more

This was the second time I stayed at this hotel. First time - no problem. This time, when I got into my room I found toothpaste and coffee in the sink. I called the front desk clerk and he asked if I would like to move to another room. I told him so long as it was cleaned up there... more

My wife and I spent 2 nights at the Hampton Inn Knoxville-I-75 North while in town for the LSU/UT football game. Location: The hotel is 1/5 mile east of I-75 at the Merchants Road exit (no. 108 in both directions) from the freeway. The hotel is roughly 5 miles north of UT. Rooms: The hotel is older but has been... more
