We had a room on the second floor and did not have a problem managing our luggage. It was clean and spacious. I would suggest getting a room at the back of the hotel. The lights are very bright at night in the front. more

O.k. hotel for the money (under $100) Clean, but could use updating. Did not use the pool area, but previous reviewer's comments about too much chlorine may still apply: the entire 1st floor of hotel has strong chlorine smell from the pool, although the smell was not as strong inside the rooms. No elevator, as stated in other reviews but... more

The hotel looked very nice on the outside. The first problem came at check-in. When my husband came out to the car to get us and the luggage, he said we had a 2nd floor room and no elevator! A kind guest offered to help us with our luggage, but not the staff. The suite was very large and clean,... more

Wow what a steal! $120 for the biggest room I've ever stayed in. It felt like my own personal apartment, with amazing, elegant room appointments and a wonderful pool/spa. The lobby was beautiful and the rooms were just as nice! The staff was friendly and helpful, definately my favorite of the 11 hotels I stayed at on my trip! This... more

This was a very nice hotel. The room was very clean and much larger than most hotel rooms where we have stayed. The furnishings and carpet looked brand new. Maybe they recently renovated the place. The front desk was very helpful and so was the person servicing the breakfast bar. The breakfast bar was well stocked and had numerous choices.... more

The staff went out of there way to handle request like heating the pool a little more to giving us directions and telling us about the... more

We requested a quite room and had a room next to the stairway. We checked in so early and were the first guests, however, the front desk refused to change our room. There were nutshells on the table and bathroom counter. The carpet was old and dirty. You could hear that people slapped doors all night long and early morning.... more

My husband and I frequently stay at the Country Inn and Suites hotels when we travel. This hotel was not up tp the usual Country Inn standards. The desk clerk who checked us in barely spoke to us - it seemed the we were interrupting her TV show. After she gave us our room key we started looking for the... more

Just loved this hotel. The whole family was pleased. My fiance and I were pleased with the price, and our two picky girls were pleased with the breakfast bar. Our room was comfy & clean. The staff was extremely friendly. Arriving after a long trip in the early morning hours to be greeted by a friendly smile was well worth... more

We stayed at this hotel because of the reviews. However, we will disappointed in the hotel. Our room had a strange odor. There was a sign up that said they were in the process of remodeling. You could smell a paint smell in the hallway. The smell in our room wasn't paint but I think it was probably something to... more
