The bed in our room on the third floor (two singles pushed together) was very uncomfortable, no support and lumpy - and the bath too grotty to sit in. After complaining we were moved to the fourth floor, where the bed was more comfortable, the bath was in slightly better condition, but it was very difficult to get hot water.... more

We have just stayed for one night at the Waters Edge as part of a longer break in Jersey. The location is excellent (if you have a car) and the views from the public rooms ( dining room/lounge) are superb. Thank goodness for the staff, as they are about all this holetel has to offer! Don't get me wrong, the location is fantastic, but the condition of the holetel detracts from this.
