Stayed here for an overnight stop recently--had no problems and no complaints. It is very easy to find--close to Interstate 40 and I believe it was TN Highway 64 (maybe 69??). Hotel seems to be fairly new or at least it seemed to be. Because my Map quest directions were all off. I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. Room was average but clean hotel help was nice. Had two rooms as 8 of us were traveling, ages 5 to 85. Handicap room was very comfortable and they loved it. The kids enjoyed the pool and the room we had was decent and held six of us without feeling sufficated. Extra towels and pillows were there as we requested when we booked it. We discovered the Springhill Galleria during our first trip to Memphis with our son (student at the Univ. of Memphis). The rooms were great! I enjoyed the space in the suite we had. The room was also neat and clean. BUT, the cleaning staff started in yelling to each other, slamming doors, etc. each morning around 9 a.m. They NEVER stopped yelling back and forth to each other. I have never heard anything like it. We stayed at this Springhill Suite on a Saturday Night. It is close to the Wolfchase Mall and several good places to eat. I did see a little bit of wear and tear in the rooms but nothing to fret over. The hotel is close to the interstate but the lobby/rest. is closest to the highway and sort of shields... more

This hotel is close to the Highway and there is a lot of Highway noise. It is a typical Springhill Suites (which I usually like). This hotel needs some updating as it is getting shabby. more

Drove to this hotel from Chattanooga. Easy to find at I-40 and highway-64 intersection. Convenient to the Galleria shopping center and several restaurants. Nothing to do in the area. To see and tour downtown Memphis and/or Graceland you need a car. A full day can be spent downtown - park and walk or take a City tour. Don't miss a... more
