Probably the nicest HI Express I've stayed in. We were attending an event at Univ of Houston and this appeared to be one of the closer and nicer hotels. Rooms are well decorated. Plenty of space. Beds are very cozy and bath linens plush. Had a small problem with the heat. Cold weather was coming. With in 10 minutes we were moved to another room. Breakfast is good. Staff is helpful and very friendly. Hotel is extremely clean. Would highly recommed this hotel. more

From the street the Holiday Inn Reliant/Medical Center looks like any good hotel. The interior is very modern and warm and the rooms are large with all the amenities. Plenty of great shopping and restaurants close by with perfect central location. This Holiday Inn is much better than my previous favorite Hampton Inn Galleria and about $30.00 less per night. more
