When our flight to NYC was cancelled due to bad weather (Dallas was a stopover for us; we had just flown in from Palm Springs) they super-nice man behind the counter at American Airlines comped me and my husband a room at the Westin. We have a history with this hotel chain (got married in one and have stayed in... more

This is the second year we stayed at the Westin DFW. Both times were through Priceline for $50. You can't beat the beds. They are sooo comfortable. The room was very clean and as the in the previous review, we were not treated different because we booked through Priceline. Last year, there was a place for a jaccuzi but it... more

This was our 2nd time to stay at Westin DFW and once again it was wonderful. We booked through Priceline this time and were treated no different than if we'd paid full price. The pool was perfect, the room was nice and very comfortable beds, clean bathrooms and very courteous employees. I have no complaints. There is only 1 fast... more

We got a great rate on Priceline but this Hotel more than exceeded our expectations. First of all Tony the bellman is the most friendly and accomodating person we have encountered in a long time - they should most definatly give him a raise. Have never been in a hotel where EVERYONE that worked there was so friendly and helpful.... more

Our family was looking for a superior hotel near the DFW airport. We were traveling an early morning flight & wanted to avoid the pre-flight drive/parking hassle. We got a bargain rate from Priceline & couldn't have been happier with the Westin. I'm familar with the plush details and luxury of Westin properties. They are simply the best at treating... more

An unwritten risk that one takes when booking with Priceline is to expect slightly different treatment than other guests who may have payed full price. Whether or not this is true, it was certainly not an issue at the Westin. The staff was extremely friendly and gave me my choice of bed and room upon check-in. The concierge was friendly... more

The decor of the Westin Hotel is all grey, brown and black. This colour scheme starts in the ill-lit foyer and carries on throughout the hotel. The room itself had black furniture which was worn and shabby, making it even more depressing. It is more like a funeral parlour than a hotel. When even downmarket hotels are offering free broadband... more

My wife and I recently stayed here based on some of the recent reviews (and their great weekend rates)...I was convinced that this was more than an old Sheraton "refreshed" with new drapes and sinks and made into a Westin. But it's not. It's probably the least "Westin-y" Westin I've stayed at...not a bad hotel (very quiet, surprising since one... more

we stayed 1 night at the westin before an early flight out of dfw. it was great. check in was a breeze. our room was nice and the beds were wonderful. the best part is that it not only has a free shuttle to the airport that runs every 30 minutes, but you can park while you are gone for... more

We booked through Hotwire, and were very pleased with this hotel. The beds were wonderful, the towels plush, and the room was very clean. Nice long desk area to work. Only negative was that the room we were in was narrow, so it had a cramped feel to it. Plane noise was there, but not so loud that you couldn't... more
