We arrived late at night and could not get an honest answer from the hotel desk clerk about the whereabouts of the complimentary hotel shuttle. It finally showed up 35 minutes after our initial call. The hotel is old and it shows. The rooms are dark. There were spiders in the bathroom and the room itself. Come to find out from other guests that the spider problem was in their rooms as well. The continental breakfast is really small and the selection was poor. Would not stay here again. Just plain gross. more

Hotel was clean, and quiet. We used their shuttle to go to the airport. Their driver was one of the friendliest I have encountered. They even upgraded us to a mini-suite on our arrival. We will stay again. It was the perfect start to our trip to Vegas. more
