Stayed at this hotel for 2 nights whilst attending a West End show in London. No problems with check in, staff that welcomed were very well mannered and answered any questions. The room that we stayed in was in a block seperate to the main hotel, and located via a brief walk across the car part at the rear of... more

Reception and staff - Reception is nice, clean, modern and airy. Staff friendly and helpful throughout whole stay. Rooms - Oh dear indeed. After the trek to find the room through dingy looking and dodgy smelling corridors i found my room. Room was kept clean but in serious need of an update. Greeted with horrible smell like stale sweat and... more

I stayed 3 days / 2 nights in this hotel. The location is very convenient due to the bus station and subway very close to the hotel - the rate was cheap if we compare to the city center. It is a 3*, the rooms and bathroom are spacious, all facilities are available in the room. The breakfast is really... more

I recently stayed in a broom closet of a single room at this 3 star hotel.Hotel seriously needs a major renovation of areas beyond the reception area,as everywhere including rooms and corridors hallways etc are tatty in the extreme.Reception staff were rude on check in,and surly on checkout, attempting to charge extra £100 for prepaid b&b booked on Best Western website. more

My associates and I arrived after a long 8 hour trip and found the foyer very well lit and clean. The triple room was clean and well laid out. The bathrooms were immaculate. At breakfast the next morning we had a wide selection of hot and cold breakfast meals in the restaurant and the food tasted marvelous. If you didn't... more

In September 2007 we booked a 2 night stay for 8/9 December 2007 at this hotel via the Superbreak website. We chose this hotel for its location and reasonable rates. We wanted somewhere competitively priced and fairly close to Wembley Stadium. We had planned a great weekend away in London for the whole family to celebrate my son's 10th birthday:... more

I had a single room for an average of 65 GBP per night, breakfast included. The room was quite small, and the bathroom was barely big enough to turn around. See the photos to get a feel for this. It takes some careful negotiation to sit on the john without banging into something. High-speed Internet is provided by TheCoud.Net --... more

We booked a double non smoking room and requested a quiet room for the stay. The reception check in was a 5 - 10 minute wait when there were only ourselves and one other customer, the staff appearance was dishevelled to say the least. The hotel takes a pre authorisation on your card or as in our experience they take... more
