Stayed at the Ramada Oceanfront for two nights while on business in nearby Norfolk. I stay in hotels 5 nights a week on average and have visit this area a few times a month. The location is great, the hotel is just average. Check in time is a late 4pm and our room wasn't ready on time. They do allow parking during the day before checkin which is a nice touch. The restaurant was pretty good. Rooms are clean but not spotless. more

We arrived early and had no problem checking in. The front staff do need to try and smile more. I got a great deal on the price$74.99 a night so not too much to complain about.
