Located in the centre of the city and sight seeing easy to access, close to congress centre and with congress accomodations within. I stayed here for 3 nights while attending a huge conference. The rooms were extremely comfortable and tasteful, and the bathrooms so modern, clean and big...nice towels, but their shampoo smells weird. March 2008. I took the Amtrak Capital Corridor Train from the Sacramento Valley into the Emeryville Amtrak train station. From there an Amtrak connection bus into San Francisco. We stayed at the San Francisco Marriott for five nights in March. The location is excellent just beside Union Square ,transport links and great shopping...
