With the exception of the staff who assisted us with the valet parking, the employees were unpleasant and rude. The non-smoking room smelled as though it had recently been converted from a smoking room and that some effort had been made to mask the smoke. The room was small, though clean. I must admit I do not usually book at Doubletrees because I find them to be highly inconsistent. This property was a very pleasant surprise. Got a great rate on Priceline.
