Really poor for this normally excellent chain of hotels. Rooms although big are uncomfortable and you can hear everything in the hallways. Rude reception staff, I was obviously not a big enough mover or shaker for them. I will not return far more better hotels to stay in. more

Stayed four nights at FSNY June 2008. Check in was quick and we were taken to room by front desk rep. A good start. The room was dated at best.
