Good location for area, rooms reasonable, breakfast good for a best western (ie this is not a restaurant). They need many more staff at reception, we always had to wait a LONG time because they are understaffed, phone ringing etc. This is a major problem at check in, check out and especially if you are having a problem. Had a... more

This is a fairly large hotel located not far from Lake Powell. It has an outdoor pool and jacuzzi as well as a breakfast area and internet access in the lobby. I didn't have breakfast, although a hot breakfast is included (and smelled good!). I didn't use the lobby internet either, but I did use the free wi-fi in my... more

Stayed here for 2 nights mid August . This place was full to the brim, each day people were being turned away. We found this place perfectly acceptable, rooms were clean ,beds and pillows comfortable. The breakfast area is too small when the hotel is crowded and the breakfast food isn't the greatest. Restaurant across the parking lot " Kens... more

We arrived early in Page and were able to find it easily so we could return when it was check in time. It was easy to get in and out of and there were numerous restaurants and shops close by. It wasn't too far from Lake Powell and the Dam visitor center. The tour companies that take you to Antelope... more

Stayed for two nights after originally booking one night. Front desk and room were fine. The breakfast was so so, mostly because the waitress was unfit for the job. After having extended the stay with a day (as my wife got sick, we did not need any cleaning of the room) we were badly surprised the next morning when the... more

Okay, this is one of those that you should keep on driving. First, when we got there they would not even consider letting us check in early (1 hour early). The front desk could barely speak english and an even harder time understanding. When we came back, we felt like we were staying at the FBI headquarters with all of... more

This was a decent hotel for the money. The front desk staff was not polite. We had a non-smoking room and upon arrival our room had obviously been smoked in. The smell was strong. We told the front desk and they moved us along with commenting that someone had smoked in that room 3 days before. There was no apology... more

Good size room, clean.so we stayed. Turkish guy on the desk, very helpful, pleasant and always had a smile and a joke with us.... more

We should have skipped this one and just kept on driving to the Grand Canyon. The room was ok, but the air condition smelled badly. The pool is very small and they had boxes piled up all around it, practically used it as their warehouse. The breakfast was a joke, bad coffee and tea, white flour bagels and no fruit... more

The property was nice, The staff was cold and unresponsive. When our wake up call never came, and we missed our tour, the front desk seemed to have the o well attitude. When I asked to speak to the manager a gentleman that spoke broken english at best. (turkish I think) Knodded and offered no real response or even an... more
