Although the pools were nice and the breakfast bar was nice that's about it. The Floors were absolutely FILTHY!!! After crawling around our room for 10 min. our baby's knees and feet were literally black. And when you walked on the floor with wet feet in the bathroom it left black marks. Nice updated place to stay; we stayed in the tower sixth floor rooms were clean and well supplied. No problems at all would recommend and would stay there again. So much of Gatlinburg is old but this place had nice rooms. Breakfast was wonderful (included) more
