Stayed there 4 nights. Big room in back so it was quiet. Clean, with friendly staff. The rooms on the busy street might be noisy, ours was not. Great location. Made our Seattle visit possible. The bagels in the morning were quite etable, not the rocks you will find at some less expensive places more
