Residence Inn Lake Union is a great Seattle hotel. It was so nice being in the city, but with a view of Lake Union. We had a lake view room and really enjoyed watching the sea planes land and take off. Chandlers Restaurant across the street has wonderful seafood (it is a little pricey, but worth it). The on going... more

This recently rennovated Residence Inn by Marriott is of a very high standard on Lake Union, close to downtown Seattle. We arrived here after departing Vancouver, Canada ahead of schedule. The staff at checkin were warm and accommodating, Zara in particular continued to offer an excpetionally high level of service for my queries at the front desk over the coming... more

Seattle is a great city and the hotel was a delight. We were hoping to be closer to the Seattle Center but this location turned out to be perfect for us. The suite had just been renovated. It was well designed with a comfy bed. We had a view of the Space Needle and watched seaplanes and boats from our... more

We flew to Canada from Scotland, stayed a week, then my husband and I travelled down from Canada by car to stay for a few days before flying down to a wedding in Las Vegas. We stayed here because my husband had a whole load of Marriott points as he travelled a great deal with his work in 2007 and had... more

I just had a very pleasant five night stay at this hotel. The lobby area is somewhat off-putting (very beige and kind of depressing), but the newly refinished rooms on the 6th ant 7th floors are very nice. I enjoy having a kitchen, but although the hotel claims that the in-room kitchens are full kitchens, they really only have a... more

This is my second stay at the Residence Inn. I really like this place and the location in Lake Union, and when using Priceline I now always hope to get this hotel. Although the hotel is currently being renovated, this didn't bother me in the least - they work only 8-5 anyway. Otherwise it's a very comfortable hotel. Last time... more

This is our second stay here, both times for the Seattle boat show. It's a perfect location for that, but also great for other Seattle desitinations, especially since the trolly stops in front of the hotel and takes you downtown where you can walk or take the monorail to Seattle Center. The breakfast is well above average, rooms are spacious,... more

Our family (including 2 boys under 3 and a dog) stayed at the Lake Union Residence Inn this past weekend. Every staff person we met was very friendly and accommodating. Though we didn't book a "view room" (more expensive), we were upgraded when we arrived and our boys enjoyed watching the boats and seaplanes on the lake and the streetcar... more

This was a great hotel because of the feel of a small one bedroom apartment. We took full advantage of the kitchen and bought groceries for our three nights there. It is walking distance w/in great restaurants (right across the street!). And now that the Trolley is up and running, you can take that to the Seattle Center and Downtown.... more

This is an older hotel but very well kept. It is in the stages of renovation. They started from top floor down. We stayed on the 2nd floor which wasn't renovated yet. The hotel was clean and comfortable. It is an all suite hotel with a kitchen and seperate bedroom. The hotel is built with the centre as a wide... more
