I went and had a weekend getaway with my girlfriend and LET ME TELL YOU!!! It was awesome! I had such a great time. The staff was soooo nice! always opening the doors. The staff was wonderful, very friendly and eager to please. Pan Pacific is primarily in the customer service business and then the hotel business. The location is good, it is within walking distance to the Seattle downtown sites, like Pike Market and the waterfront.
