The decor of the hotel is nice and the staff is very friendly, but they made SEVERAL screwups during my business trip last week. My coworker experienced the same thing. Their room service was horrendous, taking forever and then delivering incomplete orders and food that was not as described on the menu. Then I get a 6am wake up call... more

This was far and away the worst experience i have had at a hotel in all my travels. However, I will start with the positives. The facility is nice, good location, and the restaurant (legal seafoods) in the hotel was excellent. While the staff is friendly, they are terribly incompetent. I had a fed-ex package that needed to overnight to... more

Don't waste your money. The only thing good about this hotel is the close proximity to the Georgia Aquarium. The a/c units are so loud, its hard to sleep. The only drinks and snacks are on the first floor in their "convenient" store, not very convenient. We were there with a child, and there were no video games in the... more

This hotel is the perfect location if you're in Atlanta to be a tourist (which we were). It's literally across the street from the Georgia Aquarium and World of Coke and a short walk to the CNN Center. I had wanted to stay at the Embassy Suites but didn't want to pay the $300+ per night rate. I decided to... more

This Hotel did not live up to the "Hilton" name. Although it is a new Hotel I experienced several problems during my week stay. The AC in the room works when it wants to heat turned on at times when it was 80 degrees outside. Requested extra sheets it took 2 phone calls and 1 hour to get them. Construction... more

Recently I enjoyed a night at the new Hilton Garden Inn, in Downtown Atlanta, GA. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room and amenities were clean, comfortable and looked barely used, although the towels were a bit ruff. The mini-fridge and microwave are a great touch for leftovers from the night before. Neat pictures of different aquatic species on... more

If you are looking for a hotel downtown, this is an excellent choice. Clean, nice decor, indoor/outdoor pool, fitness room and game room. Ask for the 7th floor if you would like to be near these. Ruth Chris Steak House in walking distance. No concierge available during our trip. Hotel very new and still in process of all the finishing... more

Recently I stayed here with nine other girls for a Bachelorette Weekend. We couldn't have been more pleased with the location, hotel, staff... everything! We chose it for it's vicinity to Turner Field and entertainment. The hotel was able to give us two out of three room next to each other, but the other room was on the same floor... more

The staff was wonderful and the location was great, but the air conditioner was on a motion sensor and it was hot in the room. We complained and they sent someone to take it off the sensor - much better. The beds had adjustable mattresses, but they didn't work and they were very FIRM. There was only one restaurant in... more

We stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn, Atlatna, GA. in June 2008. It's new just opened, we were excited to stay there- BUT or excitement quickly vanished. .We checked in on a Wednesday pm, sweated all night because they have motion sensors on their A/C units so that it doesn't work if no motion- guess what- most people aren't up... more
