The Riverpark Inn in Tucson provided value and was a good deal. We stayed for a weekend and were pleased with the accomodations. Don't expect a luxury hotel, but it had enough amenities to make it worth the price we paid (35 % less on Hotwire than the list price on the hotel's website). There was a complimentary full breakfast... more

Hotel was reasonably priced and the breakfast was above average for the price. It was clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Convenient for the Freeway (although the rooms are set back, so you can't hear the noise) and for Tucson itself. more

The Riverpark inn is conveniently located to old town Tucson and is just off the 10. You might think with its address being “Freeway Street” it would be sketchy, it is not. We stayed there one night. I booked two rooms over the internet. With lots of budget option, I chose the Riverpark Inn because it had a free breakfast.... more

Look, this is not a high class hotel. So, don't expect one when you check in. As long as you get a cheap rate and don't expect The Ritz, you'll be satisfied. Some details: --Good location for doing things all over Tucson --Friendly, helpful staff --Pool was NOT heated --Hot tub did work well and was open until 11pm --Bennigan's... more

We stayed at the Riverpark Inn while participating in the "El Tour de Tucson" bicycle ride in November. We had stayed there the past four years primarily because it is close to the start and finish line of the event making it extremely convenient. We found each year the hotel has gotten more and more run down. I was hesitant... more

We stayed two nights at this hotel as part of a tour. The staff were really helpful, the pool area was really clean and relaxing. We did take a taxi to 4th Avenue in the main town ($20 rtn), we thought it might be busy seeing as it was a Saturday night, we couldn't have been more wrong. There were... more

Booking this hotel through Hotels.com was an excellent choice. The rates were very reasonable and the hotel was ideal in every way. It has a large pool and spa area, very comfortable and clean rooms, and a very courteous staff. The exercise room was adequate but could have used some towels. The pool was kept clean and a stack of... more

We flew to Tucson to bring our daughter to the UA for her freshman year. We chose this hotel because the University Park Marriott, where we had stayed when we came to look at the school, was full. This hotel was the next closest, not in the worst part of town, was cheap, and provided free breakfast. Even though we... more

The room was fine. It was clean, and the air conditioning worked well. The breafast was decent, and the pool was quite comfortable. more

Stayed at Riverpark Inn for a family event -- wasn't sure what to expect based on some earlier TripAdvisor comments. What a pleasant surprise -- I had a great stay! Although there is a lot of road construction in the area, the hotel was easy to find and was a great central location to get to all of area sightseeing.... more
