The hotel was convenient to downtown San Antonio and very close to the Market Square. The front desk people were very helpful and friendly. We felt that they were doing everything to make our stay the best they could. Thank you! more

This hotel has not been very well kept up, paint missing from the door frames and broken tile in the bathroom. The bathroom had someone else's hair in the tub prior to even being used by my family. Normally, people tend to think of Fairfield as the inferior brand to Courtyard and had it not been for my use of TripAdvisor I would have stayed at the Courtyard.
