The hotel is big. There are a number of different hotel blocks, shops, swimming pools, restaurants and bars. We stayed here through RCI. We did 5 nights in Oahu, 5 on Big Island and 5 on Kauai. The hotel is part of a LARGE Hilton complex there. Stayed in the Lagoon tower for 5 nights. With tax, the nightly charge was $360. We had a one bedroom condo promoted as having an ocean view. Coming in from the curb late in the evening involved walking up a few steps with many suitcases. There is no convenient ramp to bring the wheeled cases up. Check-in was reasonably quick.... more

I bought into the Hilton Timeshare system through Florida and used my points to reserve a 2 bedroom / 2 bathroom room at the Grand Vacations Club - Lagoon Tower portion of the hotel. The room was wonderful. They have free internet, free coffee, free laundry including the detergent and the room was quite and always comfortable. more
