Stayed at the Outrigger Reef for 5 nights. Upon check-in the front desk guy,Rey, was very rude and unhelpful. He was very submissive and not at all friendly or reflecting the "aloha spirt" of the islands. But alas we were tired and stayed. Stunning redecorated rooms in the ocean tower. Lots of attention to detail. Lobby is lovely, tho entrance driveway was under reconstruction. This was a very nice hotel. Our room was a little small. The hotel staff was very friendly. The restaurant was nice, but at one of the restauraunts you have to cook your own steak.
