While the staff was unfailingly polite and extremely helpful, and the public areas spotless, the rooms themselves have some problems. And oh those towels! Booked over the Holiday Inn website, no problems. Stayed in executive room for two nights in April. Carpet was stained and worn. Bathroom just okay. Staff very helpful. Restaurant on second floor average. Public areas of hotel okay. We stayed in this hotel for 4days and 3 nights. The hotel overall was great except for the bathroom that needs to be refurbished as some of the tiles under the sink were stained, which hurts the 4-star image of the hotel.
