uninspired food, rude waitstaff, seating arrangment needs fine tuning ignore the hype more

Prepared for the worst due to two prior experiences with arrogant reservations takers and an incomprehensible seating policy, I found it easier not to deal with their attitudes and select another restaurant. I love the way they use frsh LOCAL ingredients to make the current menu. The items are creative. I usually stick to getting 2 appetizers rather than an entree, there's just more on the apps that tickle my palate. more

Wouldn't go back. Bad service, over-cooked food. Pricey. And some how, even wine [whcih they have nothing to do with] was poor. more

Sure there are a couple of negatives. This place can be loud and there's a lack of parking (though there's supposed to be a new valet service for that block that we haven't tried yet). But food-wise this is consistantly one of the best restaurants on the East Coast. Unusual, delicious tastes pour forth from this first rate kitchen staff.... more
