My husband and I went to Winston-Salem to visit my son at Wake Forest. It also was our 41st wedding anniversary, so we chose Zevely House as the place to celebrate this event. Our wedding ceremony and reception took place in the outdoor patio and garden area of the Zevely House Restaurant. Although the site looked beautiful and the food was delicious, we were very disappointed to learn that the manager had booked another wedding reception for the same time and location! This restaurant serves the best Moravian Chicken Pie in Winston Salem. The restaurant is housed in an authentic Moravian building, complete with cozy wood burning fireplace and extremely friendly staff. In the warmer months, one can dine outside with cocktails on the lighted terrace. Great place for Sunday Brunch more
