I had some friends visiting from out of town, and we decided to try Arnaud's Remoulade, since the line at the Gumbo Shop was too long. Our server tried, but he just couldn't get our order out from the kitchen. It took too long to get our food, several dishes were missing and never delivered, and the food itself was mediocre. more

We really enjoyed our meal at Remoulade. The food was great, as were the prices! I believe another reviewer described service as friendly and efficient, and that is how we felt as well. I had a roast beef po' boy on one visit, which was very good. On the other visit, I had the bbq shrimp, which was to die for...that sauce could bring world peace! Either meal was enough food to feed at least two people. The service was fine. The prices were typical of the French Quarter. more
