it was a ok place but i stayed at other hotel of the same name way better.

Somewhat Dissapointed

My main problems with this hotel were the state of the room, the breakfast, and the shortage of towels. We chose this hotel because it offered hot breakfast, and unfortunately it was severely dissapointing. They offered us rock hard biscuits and gravy the first day with these weird egg patties that made McDonalds eggs look homemade...? It was unedible in my opinion and opted for cereal and fruit. On the 3rd day it was another dissapointment. They had eggs/ham which would normally be delightful but the eggs were once again synthetic tasting, so I’m assuming they use some kind of deyhydrated eggs?!? They had the same rock hard biscuits again so alas I opted for an english muffin and cereal. I dont think they should show you pictures of hashbrowns, bacon, french toast if they dont serve anything of the likes. The room was also somewhat dirty when we arrived...it seemed as though it hadnt been dusted in a long while and the bathroom floor hadn’t been swept. The only other minor complaint I had would be the lack of fresh towels. When you first come in you have 4 towels (which is fine) but after that they only restock you with 2 each day, which means once you take a shower in the morning (assuming there’s 2 of you)then both of your towels are already used and wet by mid-day leaving you to take a shower at night with a damp towel. And the towels are very thin (I expected more luxurious towels).

Get your moneys worth

This is a very clean hotel. Staff are friendly and made us feel very welcome. Service was great.We really enjoyed the inside pool and jacuzzi with our grandchildren. We were given a beautiful room on the first floor.

Traveler's tip on shopping

There is a great mall not very far from the hotel,also a Walmart down the street for incidentals.

Wonderful Stay

The staff were friendly and courteous, check-in was a breeze. There were a lot of "extras" that made the room very comfortable, including the duvet, the fluffy pillows, and overall nice room atmosphere. I experienced no airport noise and slept like a baby. Definitely a thumbs up!!

Traveler's tip on getting the most out of your stay

Spend a few extra dollars and get the king suite. Well worth it!

lacking in service

The combination of a much delayed arriving flight in the middle of the night, an airport confusedly under construction, and a lack of competent personnel manning the reception desk made for my less than pleasant experience. No transfer vehicle, no food or beverages offered, no provision for a late morning attempt to find breakfast and no interest in assisting me. I changed to another airport hotel and although the facility was not as nice, the service was excellent - completely focussed on the welfare of the guests!

I was impressed and will definately go back

Very clean and up to date - nice bathrooms, the staff was very friendly and helpful. Free internet and a great breakfast is definately a plus. Easy access to the freeway and airport.

Wow is all I have to say

I chose this hotel online based on reviews and I was certainly very happy with my choice. I don’t remember staying at a hampton like this before. the lobby was very nice and new, the food tremendous, the staff in the kitchen area very helpful, the rooms were great (splurge and spend the extra $10 to get the suite - they are really nice). I would definitely stay here again and will seek out Hamptons everywhere I go now. Also do not worry about the airport next door. We never heard a single plane.

Quality of hotel was good. The rooms were very nice, but mine was not very clean. Service was above average.

Not impressed

It was good and clean. We had a missing remote control and at first we got only a promise not the control. The breakfast was good too, but not special.
