I agree with the other reviews, small but comfortable rooms, pleasant staff, awesome location. I was just going to add some tips: the breakfast at the hotel is quite pricey. There is a nice affordable coffee shop across the street where you can get coffee or tea and pastries and sandwiches (cafe veloce). We ate there every morning and enjoyed our time among the folk - people watching. Also, you can bill the hotel restaurant meals to your room if you ask. The reason this was convenient was that we ran out of cash and the hotel won't cash traveller's checks for you but the citibank in the tower next door (19th floor) with do this for you.

This hotel is in a really convenient location near the Shinjuku subway and JR stations. It is also located near lots of shopping and nightlife.

The rooms are small, but pretty typical for Tokyo. The rooms are clean & nicely decorated and there are english movies on the pay per view (but they are not cheap). We had a smoking room (that was all that was left), but I didn't notice the odor in the room at all (but in the hallway, you could smell it).

There is internet access in the guest lounge (second floor) which also has free coffee & cocoa. There is a breakfast buffet, it is pretty expensive and probably not worth it (unless you are a huge breakfast eater), since there are plenty of other options close-by (including the ubiquitous Starbucks).

The airport bus picks up directly from the hotel, which is nice, but it doesn't leave that frequently. The front desk staff were extremely helpful and friendly.

This hotel was a very nice surprise. It often comes up as one of the cheapest options for a stay in Tokyo on sites such as Expedia or Orbitz, and for the price, it is a good deal.

The rooms are on the smaller side, there is no closet in the rooms, just a few hangers, but they are still nicely done and the beds are the best I've tried so far in Tokyo for that price.

The location is quite convenient, a 5 mn walk from Shijuku station. If you don't mind the size of the room, this is a great option if you can get it at a bargain price.

Great location and a very reasonable price. Hotel has a very funky, modern design and the room was very clean and comfortable. However, as with almost all Tokyo hotels, the room was incredibly small.

The only think that was a little disappointing was their late check-out policy. We asked for a couple of hours allowance, and we were told we would have to join the Sunroute Group's loyalty program (which requires payment of a membership fee). This was useless to us because we only visit Japan occasionally. It would have been better to see some flexibility for foreign visitors.

Overall I would definitely stay here again.
