it was very windy and they shut down the top part of the tower while i was there and then there was a snow storm!!! the photo that gets taken when you come in is the best photo to pay for we had another one taken on the glass floor but it wasnt really worth it.
great thing to do just to say you have done it.

Just visited Toronto with my husband and two children and first stop was the CN Tower, I was disappointed with the view and cost too much for what you get to see and do! Skypod was being refurbished and unable to go outside. I wouldnt do it again.

Its something you have to do when you go to Toronto, and my god I wasnt expecting it to be "that" high! Its pricey to get in - $24.95 for basic admission excluding tax, raising to around $28 for admission to the sky pod too.

Inside is the usual array of shops before going up in the lifts which is a bit scary. Once up there you feel very safe, and strangely dont really feel the height. The glass floor is fun and there is a bar at the top.

We didnt eat in the 360 restaurant due to other reports saying the food was expensive and not very good - and true the food was expensive - the cheapest main course was $39 excluding tax - whereas on the street you could expect to pay anything upwards of $8 excl tax for a main meal.

I would probably go back up there if I visited again however. We went there in the morning and the queues were huge, went back about 3.30pm and went straight up with no queues.

I love the cn tower and i have been there most of the times i have gone to toronto. this beautiful building provides a terrific skyline and everytime i am there, everyone is so nice. the lines may get long at times but its a great family attraction to see. i did go outside and the thick metal wires weren't cool but i loved the see thru floor and i did lay down on it and have my picture made.

this place does lose its touch after your third visit but it's such a cool place that i would keep paying the high prices to go in and see the city from the cn tower. the small restaurant in there is nice but staff was short with us.

i dont recommend going to the 360 restaurant. we paid over $100 for our meal and even though it was completely romantic, the food was terrible and so was the wine. i did thoroughly enjoy the dim lighting to add to the mood and looking outside while slowly revolving was really nice. i could see the whole city just having dinner with my boyfriend.

this attraction is a must-see especially if you love toronto as much as i do.
