We stayed here for 2 nights paying a lttle exta for a superior room, which was an individual building in the garden. We loved the fact that we had the seclusion and privacy of our own annexe but were still able to feel 'at home' within the house.
The owners were helpful and friendly, bringing us fresh tea and home baked cakes on arrival. They had also gone to the trouble of putting together instructions for a couple of walks into Stratford to take in the scenic route's (Anne Hathaway's cottage on one). We were also given a money off voucher for Shakespears cottage.
The room iteslf was comfortable and very clean. The free wi-fi was a bonus. Breakfast was outstanding and the awards this guest house has won in that area are thoroughly deserved
The only slight down side was the distance into Stratford. We timed it at a 30 minute walk to the centre, which is fine normally but as we tended to walk around all day it was a bit of a hike back to get changed for dinner then return to the centre.
Overall a really pleasant stay
